This Privacy Policy explains how ClinchWorks LLC (“ClinchWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit clinchworks.com (the “Site”) or use the ClinchWorks platform and related services (the “Services”). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Who we are
ClinchWorks is an all-in-one, fully managed business platform that brings together CRM, marketing and social media, automations, project management, and electronic signatures, with an optional business phone add-on. We host and operate the Services on your behalf.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and interest details when you request a demo or start a trial, such as your name, work email, company, and team size.

Information collected automatically
When you use the Site or Services, we automatically collect log and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps) and information from cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel.
Customer Data
When you use the Services, you may input data about your own leads, contacts, customers, and business (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data on your behalf and at your direction to provide the Services. As to that data, you are the controller and we act as your processor or service provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for having the right to provide it to us.
How we use information

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our marketing and advertising. This includes analytics and advertising tools provided by third-party partners — currently including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit — which may set cookies or use pixels and tags on our Site (for example, through a Google tag and Google Consent Mode). Depending on where you live, this activity may be considered “targeted advertising,” a “sale,” or “sharing” of personal data. You can accept or opt out of these technologies through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link on our Site. We honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, deliver email and communications, and provide analytics and advertising services.
- Analytics and advertising partners — currently including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit — in connection with the cookies, pixels, and tags described above.
- Professional advisors, and authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
